In less than four days the voice bot was launched and took over outbound calls to the candidate base ensuring stable operations throughout the holiday period. Today the partnership has grown into full omnichannel HR automation including dozens of voice and chat bots notification services and role-specific scenarios.

NPS survey after the session
The voice robot automatically contacts customers after the order is closed, conducts an NPS survey, and collects feedback on the quality of the visit. In case of a negative assessment, the robot uses the customer's refund algorithm: it listens, records the reason and notifies the head of the relevant service station.

The contact rate reaches about 80%, and up to 45% of clients complete the survey. The solution is fully integrated with 1C and costs businesses an average of three times less than an outsourcing call center.
Session reminder and confirmation
The voice robot automatically confirms customer visits to the car service center: it clarifies the date, time, and location of the appointment. If necessary, the robot re-assigns the customer or confirms the visit, reducing the number of no-shows.

The cost of one confirmation is about 3 rubles, which is half the price of an SMS, while the business receives live feedback. The robot is integrated with 1C and works completely automatically, without the need for administrators.
Reactivation of the warm base
After the order-order is closed, the master receiver records the recommendations in 1C and indicates the period of their relevance. The voice robot contacts customers at the right time, reminds them of the recommendations, and offers to book a service with a discount.

The conversion rate of customer returns reaches up to 20% with a lead cost of about 50 rubles, making this scenario an effective tool for warm sales and repeat visits.
Navigator Car Service is a regional network of car service stations and car dealerships, represented in several cities. Since 2021, the company has been using voice robots to automate customer service and improve the quality of service.

As part of the collaboration, solutions have been implemented for collecting feedback, confirming visits, and reactivating the customer's warm base, which are fully integrated with the customer's 1C system.
